We charge users of the landfill by the amount of waste they bring us.  Click here for our current rates.

In general, using the SECCRA Community Landfill involves the following steps:

Drive on to inbound scale.  We will weigh your vehicle and its contents.  Before the scale is an intercom.  Use it to notify us if you have anything other than regular household trash.  Watch the traffic lights for when to enter and exit the scale.

Dump your waste in the appropriate area.

Drive on to the outbound scale.  Again, we will weigh your vehicle and its contents.  Watch for the traffic lights for when to enter and exit the scale.

Pull off of the scale, park your car, and come to the weighmaster window to pay.  We subtract the weight of your car before and after you dump, and bill you accordingly.  We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
