Four (4) copies of the bid must be submitted to the SECCRA Office on or before 4:00 o'clock PM prevailing time OCTOBER 19, 2011.</p>
<p>The work generally consists of: site grading, removal and replacement of old foundations and slabs, placement of pre-purchased scalehouse and installation of miscellaneous drainage piping and conduits. Inquiries concerning this bid are to be directed to SECCRA via the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.ebidexchange.com/Solicitation.aspx?cid=e1677bd6-f8b0-44d2-bd37-c244ac8d9bda&amp;uid=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000&amp;sid=25092">pennbid.net</a>&nbsp;system.</p>
<p>The bids must be sealed and the envelope must be labeled with the words 'SEALED BID: SCALE MODIFICATIONS' Bids will be opened and reviewed promptly following the opening ceremonies of the Board of Directors' meeting OCTOBER 19, 2011 at 7:30 o'clock PM prevailing time at the SECCRA offices.</p>
