SECCRA will accept up to 15 tires per customer per day. All tire wells must be free of debris, stones, soil, water, etc. Acceptance or rejection of the tires is up to the discretion of the employees and management of SECCRA. There is a fee for this service. When you arrive at the site, inform the weighmaster in the scalehouse that you have tires and their size. Please ensure that all rims have been removed.
We do not accept tires from commercial waste tire generators, which may include automotive repair shops and tire retailers, among others. SECCRA reserves the right to evaluate customers' compliance with this policy. Commercial entities are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's Waste Tire Program, which includes information about other disposal facilities.
