Sealed Bids in duplicate will be received by the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA) at the office of the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority, 219 Street Road, West Grove, PA 19390, until 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, on January 9, 2013, for purchase of a refurbished Caterpillar 826H landfill compactor. Bids will be opened and reviewed promptly following the opening ceremonies of the Board of Directors’ meeting January 9, 2013 at 7:30 o'clock PM prevailing time. The Board of Directors’ Meeting will be held at the SECCRA offices, 219 Street Road, West Grove, Pennsylvania. SECCRA expects to award the Bid on or before January 31, 2013.
All Bids shall be effective for 30 (thirty) days from the date of the Bid opening. Each Bid must be sealed and the envelope must be labeled with the words "SEALED BID: REFURBISHED CATERPILLAR 826H LANDFILL COMPACTOR”.
