Sealed Bids will be received by the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA), OWNER, at the office of the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority, 219 Street Road, West Grove, PA 19390, until 2:00 PM. prevailing time, on May 8, 2013, for 2013 HYDRO-SEEDING. Bids will be opened publicly at that time and reviewed. Award will take place following the opening ceremonies of the Board of Directors’ meeting May 8, 2013 at 7:30 o'clock PM prevailing time. The Board of Directors’ Meeting will be held at the SECCRA offices, 219 Street Road, West Grove, Pennsylvania. SECCRA expects to make final award of the Bid on or before May 31, 2013.
All Bids shall be effective for the period of 60 days. Each Bid must be sealed and the envelope must be labeled with the words "2013 HYDRO-SEEDING..”
