The E. Kneale Dockstader Foundation awarded grants and scholarships in 2019 totaling $122,000. Grants ranged from $2,000 to $21,000 and covered activities from plastic pollution reduction to runoff water quality improvement via installation of bioswale technology. The Foundation’s Board of Directors wishes to congratulate the eleven grant and four scholarship winners.
