DATE OF NOTICE July 10, 2020
Sealed Bids will be received by the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA), OWNER, at the office of the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority, 219 Street Road, West Grove, PA 19390, until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on August 10, 2020, for ANNUAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL WITH OR WITHOUT OPERATOR - 2020.
Three original copies of the bid must be submitted to the SECCRA Office on or before 2:00 o'clock PM prevailing time, August 10, 2020. The bids must be sealed and the envelope must be labeled with the words "SEALED BID: ANNUAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL WITH OR WITHOUT OPERATOR 2020".
Bid will be publicly opened at 2:00 o’clock PM prevailing time August 10, 2020, at the SECCRA Offices. Due to Covid-19 concerns the opening will be completed on ZOOM, and Bid Form sheets will be posted on SECCRA.org website following the opening. Zoom Meeting Information.
Bids will be awarded promptly following the opening ceremonies of the Board of Directors’ meeting, August 12, 2020 at 7:30 o'clock PM prevailing time at the SECCRA Board of Directors’ meeting. SECCRA expects to award the Bid on or before August 14, 2020, To be determined,TBD, if this will take place via ZOOM. Zoom Meeting Information.
All Bids shall be effective for the period of August 15, 2020 through August 14, 2021. Each Bid must be sealed and the envelope must be labeled with the words "SEALED BID: ANNUAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL WITH OR WITHOUT OPERATOR - 2020.”
